Julia Shefcik, MFA

Julia serves as Assistant Director of Student Experience in the School of Pharmacy, providing strategy and leadership across several domains of student affairs, including event planning, scholarship administration, leadership development and co-curricular learning. She has an MFA in creative writing from San Jose State University, where she received the University Governance award for her service and advocacy. Julia earned her BA from UC Santa Cruz. She enjoys using her communication and relationship-building skills to convey staff issues to various stakeholders.
