Ivet Avila Gonzalez

Ivet has been working with UCSF for 7 months as a Quality Improvement Analyst for The Family Health Center and Richard Fine People’s Clinic at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. In her current role, she provides support with data analysis, focusing on quality improvement of care and helping to streamline and optimize clinic operations. She received a UCSF SPOT Award in 2023 for her work in rebuilding RFPC’s volunteer program and her involvement with the Primary Care Behavioral Health Team. In her Staff Assembly role, Ivet hopes to develop a system where colleagues can recognize each other’s work, plan activities/events that everyone can participate in and asks that Staff Assembly members take many pictures throughout the year in hopes that we can make and share memories with each other!
