CAREGIVING FOR OLDER RELATIVES AND FRIENDS WEBINAR

Wednesday, September 29, 12-1pm

Caregiving can provide a sense of purpose, usefulness, and joy. For most, the challenges come in many forms: financial, medical, occupational, emotional, and physical. In this session, Dr. Louise Aronson, a UCSF geriatrician, and author of the New York Times bestseller, Elderhood, will discuss practical tips for caring for older family members or friends. The session will also include strategies for caring for yourself so you can do this important work and lots of time for your questions.
