Kristin is a Director in UCSF's the School of Medicine Dean's Office, leading Strategic Programs and Digital Innovation Department. SOM P&I supports the school by collaborating on departmental and enterprise initiatives with the goal of delivering practical, holistic, and measurable solutions for the School. In addition, the team provides direct support to faculty, staff, and learners with cybersecurity, technology, and application needs.
