TALENT MANAGEMENT
I have been with UCSF for five years, supporting the Talent Management function with a focus on workforce planning, succession planning, and high-volume recruitment as a Talent Acquisition Partner. My work has centered on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across the organization.
I most recently served as Communications Officer for Staff Assembly, where I increased organizational visibility, strengthened engagement, and improved attendance at general meetings. I am currently serving as Chair-Elect. As Chair Elect, I am looking to increase our footprint in executive leadership meetings to share the pulse of the organization and be the voice of staff.
