Francis Horan has been a communications specialist with the UCSF Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging for three years. As Co-Chair Elect, he promises to push for the Staff Assembly to have representation in all the rooms where decisions are made. He will advocate for the expansion of programs like the Clipper BayPass pilot, which would reduce public transit costs after the university cut staff parking. And he will work to expand participation in the Assembly, strengthening our collective voice.
