CLS WELLNESS AND COMMUNITY

UC Moves is Back –Prioritize Movement in May!  UC Moves is an annual UC-wide wellbeing initiative that promotes wellness and an active lifestyle in the UC Community. Choose how you want to move with us this year:

  1. Represent Team UCSF in the UC-Wide Step Challenge.  Sign up for the UCSF Team on Walker Tracker and help UCSF be the first UC to complete the challenge down the California coast. Registration is now open, and the challenge runs from May 6 to 27.
  2. Move at Your Own Pace with Weekly Reminders and Events.  If you don’t want the pressure of battling the other UC’s, move at your own pace with weekly reminders and events to help you prioritize movement. Sign up for the UC Moves Newsletter.   Show us your moves and get entered in a drawing for a FItBit Versa 2 Smartwatch! For more information on UC Moves, visit the UC Moves webpage.
