Amanda Saalen has worked at UCSF for 5 years, and is currently serving as Chair and Secretary. When not serving the Staff Assembly, she is a senior APeX analyst on the Health IT team, where she founded a professional development platform from which she publishes #TechTipTuesday (among other programs). Her passions include effective communication, continuous process improvement, and vociferously advocating for the health and professional fulfillment of her colleagues.
