TOOLKIT FOR BEST PRACTICES IN DIVERSITY RECRUITMENT
Developed by UCSF Office of Diversity & Outreach and Human Resources, this e-course guides hiring managers and search committee members on the best practices and standardized work for diversity recruitment and hiring at UCSF. It is aimed to disrupt unconscious bias present in our hiring and promotions process and to recruit and retain diverse employees, particularly those who have been systematically and historically underrepresented.
