Council of the University of California Staff Assemblies (CUCSA)

In support of the mission of the University of California it is the purpose of the Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) to maintain and enhance communication within the University Community on matters of interest to staff employees in accordance with California laws and Regent policy.The constituency of the Council is understood to be staff employees of the University of California. The Council is involved in matters of interest and concern to those who are not exclusively represented and may address matters not within the scope of representation for those exclusively represented. Academic Business Officers Group (ABOG)

The ABOG organization is committed to providing programs that are accessible and valuable to all constituents, from administrators to senior managers. ABOG promotes educational and professional development opportunities, communicates to identify and discuss common areas of concern, and organizes discussions with campus leadership. ABOG benefits include Mentorship Program, Book Club, Tools of the Trade, Toastmasters Club, UCSF Leadership Series, Science for the Rest of Us, and many other events to create fun social gatherings and encourage networking among members. ABOG UC Oracles Toastmaster Club

UC Oracles is a Toastmasters International club based at UCSF. The club is open to staff, faculty, students, researchers, post-docs, and volunteers of UCSF. Established in 2001, the mission of UC Oracles is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop outstanding communication and leadership skills, fostering self-confidence and personal growth. Are you shy? Tongue-tied? Afraid of public speaking? Or just interested in making some new friends? Toastmasters is designed to help you with these problems! The Club meets at the Parnassus Campus every 2nd to the last Thursday of the month at the School of Nursing Building, Rm. N417, 12:00-1:00pm. FSAP

As a member of the UCSF Campus and Medical Center community, the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) invites you to use our confidential employee assistance program services. FSAP services are provided at no cost to you. We are staffed by licensed professionals who provide confidential brief counseling to individuals and professional consultation services to managers, supervisors, and administrators.
